About Author

Ernest Caparros is Professor Emeritus at the University of Ottawa and Visiting Professor at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross. He is the editor of the Gratianus Series and a Judge in the Canadian Ecclesiastical Appeal Tribunal.  He holds doctorates in canon law and in civil law. He is an expert in family law, canon law, and comparative law.
