Rev. Francisco Javier Insa Gomez is Professor of Spiritual and Moral Theology and Secretary of the Center for Priestly Formation at Pontificia Università della Santa Croce (Rome). Before his ordination, he worked as a psychiatrist. In addition to various pastoral tasks, including the formation of candidates for the priesthood, his main field of research is directed to psychology as applied to Christian formation.
